Sometimes I am asked for a singular, unique object, but with a defined purpose! I wonder why not a sculpture, a work of art, an event? But no, it’s about a piece of furniture, with a function and a certain utility!
To that extent I do not talk of art, because art is not “useful”. It serves no purpose and for that reason alone its presence is indispensable for humanity. What would be of man without art? Without art there would be no humanity. Not so with furniture items, they can always be others, what we look for in them is never what they hold but only the desire for intelligence that they sometimes hide.
